“GoAir onboard product standards have improved and most of the fleet is newer A320neo aircraft. Overall comfort is comparable to other regional competitors. Airport service standards can be inconsistent around the network but better for the main Mumbai hub. Cabin staff service is quite good, but again this is lacking consistency to meet 4-Star. There is a fair range of pre-order and buy-on-board F&B.”
